@MojangSupport I am currently having issues with getting into my minecraft account. I've gone through the help center only to be met with emails telling me to contact Microsoft. I contact Microsoft countless times to be told to contact you.

When I log into the minecraft website and launcher my account is fine, but my player name is empty. It asks me to make a new one even though it should already be DefinitelyCrow. This is a java PC issue.

I am certain. That forum doesnt work anymore. It sends you auto-emails saying that Mojang cannot help anymore and to contact microsoft. Can you see my issue with that?

You can still send us a request! If you receive an automated message regarding migration ending, you can simply reply to that message and let us know that you still need help, and this will escalate the ticket to one of our Support agents who will be able to assist further. ^FF
