Hey Mojang! thank you for the response. The thing is this is the exact reason i contacted you on here. It's because the support from the link you provided on minecraft does not allow me to get in contact due to several problems, meaning transaction ID and gmail. how do i do this?

You should still be able to reach out to us even without the transaction ID. Can you provide a screenshot of what's going on when you try to reach out to us? ^BT

I can provide a screenshot showing that i made a submission but it doesnt explain my issue, its hard because twitter only allows a certain amount of words to be written, but i dont have access to the GMAIL or transaction ID. can i show a screenshot of a word text that explains?

Im sorry if i didn't make it more clear due to the word limit on twitter [ sorry for late response i have covid and rested]. This ticket submission does nothing because the GMAIL is non accessable nor do i have the ability to change the secret question because i forgot what i put
