@MojangSupport Tried to play with my son today on PC. He was on (bedrock) 1.20.41, and I was on 1.20.30. Tried to find a way to force update, couldn't. Uninstalled minecraft and launcher, and reset microsoft store. Redownloaded launcher and now when i try to reinstall (1/2)

(2/2) minecraft through the launcher I immediately get an error message (just says error) and it is unable to download. Restarted and reinstalled the launcher multiple times. Restarted PC multiple times. Logged out of my minecraft account and still no fix

Hey there, can you confirm what device you're playing Minecraft on (PC, Xbox, etc.) and what troubleshooting steps you've already attempted, if any? ^FF

Everything you can possibly imagine. Playing on PC. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling all forms of downloading including Xbox app, windows store, launcher. I will add that in the Xbox app it says that something went wrong on YOUR end.
