@MojangSupport I can't get support through your support website. It just goes to this screen and nothing happens. Tried different browsers and a different device. It just sits at this screen. Now I got an email saying you are going to close my ticket.

I did, and just did it again. It's still just sitting at the "your chatting with a gamer" screen
