@MojangSupport I am currently experiencing an issue under Error Code Cauldron. Minecraft Bedrock on Xbox. I've had it for a few days now, and cannot fix it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did not work. It says I'm "not signed in" somehow. I can't even play.

Hi Mojang, this link you sent doesn't mention the error code Cauldron one time. I have also tried all these troubleshooting options and nothing is working... what do I do?

I have reached out to the tech team. I havent heard anything except for an email saying mojang and minecraft cant help me. Only Microsoft... whats going on? I cant even login to my accoutn!?!
