My son can't join his friends on a PS4 Minecraft server. He's getting this error message: Error while downloading packs from server. @MojangSupport is there a fix for this issue? Thanks.

Hello! Have you tried using a wired connection for the PS4 or having connect to another network, by chance? -AG

Hi, this is a wired connection. I don't see what difference that would make? The PS4 works for all games including Minecraft. He can play with friend on PS Plus remotely it's just some Minecraft servers that don't work. Perhaps this has something to do with texture packs?
