Cannot log in to my minecraft account, not receiving reset password email, submit a ticket for support and I get an email saying Mojang no longer deals with it and to head to Microsoft

If you already migrated, you'll need to log in with your Microsoft account info. If you didn't migrate before Sept 19th, Support is unable to assist with Mojang account recoveries. That said, check our FAQ for more info on accessing Minecraft: msft.it/60199L1gL. ^FF

I believe I migrated, but I'm not sure what the microsoft account is, that's my issue. And I cannot find any actual support to help recover the email, I just get default suggestions that do not help, no possibility of speaking to anyone.
