How can I speak to someone for assistance please, I keep receiving the same email with the same response. I need to actually speak to someone

My daughters minecraft account has been disabled, no idea why at all but it鈥檚 made the migration impossible, Microsoft said she is invisible at their end so there鈥檚 nothing they can do at their end and to speak to mojang but we keep getting the same response of speak to Microsoft

Hi LJ, do you know if your daughter had already migrated her Mojang account, or if she has always used a Microsoft account to log into Minecraft? ^FF
