My daughters minecraft account has been disabled, no idea why at all but it鈥檚 made the migration impossible, Microsoft said she is invisible at their end so there鈥檚 nothing they can do at their end and to speak to mojang but we keep getting the same response of speak to Microsoft

Hi LJ, do you know if your daughter had already migrated her Mojang account, or if she has always used a Microsoft account to log into Minecraft? ^FF

She hasn鈥檛 been able to migrate due to her account being disabled and no she鈥檚 never used Microsoft for minecraft,

Thanks for confirming that. As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account-related issues as account migration has ended. Please see our Post-Migration Process FAQ for more info: msft.it/60169vF2O ^BT

Ok that I understand but it says we still have to December even tho all progress will be lost, we still cannot continue with this process due to account being disabled, it is kind of unfair that my daughter has lost everything due to not being able to migrate in time due to this
