Does anyone here know why when I log in on my sons account on his new iPad, it doesn鈥檛 show anything he has on the old on? I don鈥檛 get this!

Well support sends me to Microsoft. Microsoft sends me to mincraft. I guess at this point he just loses everything and starts over. So frustrating 馃槥 thanks though

I understand your frustration, but It's true that you'll need to continue working this out with Microsoft Support if you need help with recovering the account details. We don't have access to their account management system. ^BT
