My daughter keeps getting kicked for no reason. She鈥檚 very frustrated as she really wants the Cherry Cape. It works for mine & her brother鈥檚 accts but not hers 馃ズ We have tried from many devices, all updated. All other servers work! Hoping she can at least get the Cherry Cape 馃檹馃徎

@MojangSupport Is anything being done about this issue? From reading online, it seems that she is not the only one. She is rather upset as the capes are SO hard to come by. And her username has to do with flowers, so this cape is perfect for her 馃尭

So am I supposed to still be not worrying? No further technical support, the live event is over, and she still keeps getting kicked from the Mob Vote event server for no reason. And it closes in 10 hours. No pink Cherry Cape and one very sad daughter 馃槬 We have tried everything.

@MojangSupport I鈥檓 sorry, I鈥檓 not trying to be snarky馃槙 I am just so frustrated for my daughter as she was unable to participate on the event server & hasn鈥檛 been able to get the cape she wants so much or to earn the other creator items. It seems like her acct needs to be fixed.

We did with her account info. There has been no further reply since just receiving the general info as a reply about the event, despite reporting that there is a technical issue with her account, so I believe it would be considered an open ticket? Do I start another?
