My daughters minecraft account has been disabled, no idea why at all but it’s made the migration impossible, Microsoft said she is invisible at their end so there’s nothing they can do at their end and to speak to mojang but we keep getting the same response of speak to Microsoft

Hi LJ, do you know if your daughter had already migrated her Mojang account, or if she has always used a Microsoft account to log into Minecraft? ^FF
