Ive been having problems with Minecraft on switch for days, every time I try to join my friend either from a invite or the joinable world I'd get "unable to connect, please restart your client. P2P/SIG: Error code 100"

My friend is a cross platformer I've tried checking the Internet, restarting, uninstalling and installing, I've signed out and back into my Microsoft account, and my friend has done the same things as me and even did a hard reset on their x box.

We've been playing with each other for some time and we've never had a issue like this before idk what to do.
