@MojangSupport First of all, good afternoon. The latest update of Minecraft for mobile devices is presenting many problems for mid-low range players and it crashes and turns a black screen In my case it consumes so much ram that it closes the system UI

That's definitely frustrating to experience! Have you tried restarting your mobile device, or reinstalling the game? Before reinstalling, make sure to back up your worlds: msft.it/60199sdOb. Let us know if the game is still crashing after trying these steps. ^FF

It's not fixed yet The truth is I had already done it since 1.20.30 came out but the problem persists, I installed a previous version (1.20.0) and it works fine I think the problem was update 1.20.30
