Hey @MojangSupport! I've been having issues with accessing my account. After a long conversation with Microsoft Support (MS), they assured me I should reach out to you, but when I create a support ticket I automatically get a response directing me to MS. How can one reach you?

If the account was migrated, you'll have to keep working this out with Microsoft Support since we don't have access to their account management system. I'd suggest continuing to get them to help you in that ticket and they should help get everything squared away. ^BT

I understand how confusing this can be, however we can't help due to not having access to their account management system. Please continue working this out with Microsoft Support and they should help you with any account issues that you may have. ^BT
