Several people from Chile and Perú are reporting the same issue. This is unlikely to be something that users can fix for themselves. I'll submit a ticket, but please consider looking deeper into this or at least making a post to inform people of this issue.

We're noticing the uptick, for sure. I'd still encourage creating tickets for this error so that our folks can get a better picture of what might be going on here. The more details and examples we have for this, the better. -JL

This is clearly a problem with the authentication servers. I'm having the same issue, and I can't login either from the launcher or the website. Launcher doesn't recognize my purchases, so it tells me to buy the game again.
