@MojangSupport Hi Mojang support. I've been trying to migrate my Legacy Minecraft account, and have all the information requested by Minecraft Help except for the exact month/year of account registration. I am the original owner of the account. Can you help me please?

Same thing happen to me and I wasn’t able to login my account regardless I have made several complain to there team but luckily I was directed to melvix_cybertech on Instagram by a friend and they help me fix my account back

I believe the folks at Zendesk (Minecraft Help) are withholding my account from me in order to sell it. The amount of proof I have that the account is mine is insurmountable, yet they're refusing to verify me.

Sorry BT, I forgot to check back on my Twitter. Luckily I was able to convince the agent to hand my ticket to a supervisor, who then discovered there was a blank account under my same email that was causing issues. Got my account migrated just in time 😃 Thanks anyway!
