@MojangSupport i have an issue with Minecraft Java, the ping on almost all servers is horrible, i think it's the firewall but can't be sure and i want some help with that to know what are the processes in the firewall that i should allow

We appreciate the additional info. Have you tried the previously mentioned steps involving restarting the router and using a wired connection? -AG

Yeah i did all that, redownloaded mc but with the new launcher, seems to work a bit better still have some stuff. But thanks tho
