@MojangSupport i have an issue with Minecraft Java, the ping on almost all servers is horrible, i think it's the firewall but can't be sure and i want some help with that to know what are the processes in the firewall that i should allow

Hello! We are unable to provide official guidance on configuring firewalls. Have you tried performing a power cycle on your modem and testing with a wired connection? -AG

It's just with Minecraft every other Game the ping is usually between 60-100 which is the normal from where i am, on MC it goes up to 1000 Even on servers that are made on my country and people from here usually get 20 ping. I just wanted to reach to support see what you could do
