@MojangSupport hey is there any way to initiate post-migration if i dont have access to the mojang account email adress anymore but still have the receipt etc? you seem to automatically ignore all support requests related to that issue

well there can't be any technical reason for you to be unable to assist since this is simply a matter of checking a receipt against some data that clearly still exists and generating a redeemable code for the game, so indeed it is pretty frustrating
