@MojangSupport Why can't we get assistance with migration issues? If we're having migration issues, then we don't have a proper account with Microsoft, so they won't help us. I've been hung up on twice already from @Microsoft's phone line.

I never got any warning emails and I swear I did an account migration sometime last year or before. Why did I just get a warning email now about it?!

I did send a request form. I thought for sure I did migration, but now im not so sure. I still have my original transaction ID from 2010 and I have other emails. I just want to retain my account, I don't remember hearing about this migration deadline ever!
