@MojangSupport Hi guys, I'm having a little problem with accessing my Realm. The card I had setup for my payment method expired last month and I had forgotten to update it through Microsoft, and the Realm expired to day and I have lost access.

Nevermind, I just checked in-game and it's working. The system must have needed to sleep on it. 馃槉

Yes, I have updated my payment method and renewed the subscription. However, the Realm is still displaying as expired and cant access it. I have already contacted Microsoft. They confirmed that the subscription is active and that the problem is not on their end.
