Hey @MojangSupport, my Minecraft account (Frips) got Multiplayer banned for Fraud for the next 11 years. I can't appeal this on the Case Review section as it's not one of the option. Minecraft Support replied that they can't help on this without further info on how to resolve it.

All community servers are self-moderated; we're unable to answer any questions regarding individual servers. We also don't ban players on those servers. If you were banned from a server, you'll need to contact that server’s administrators or support team to appeal the ban. ^FF

This is not a community server ban but a Minecraft Ban made by a Minecraft Moderator. So the ban occurs for all multiplayer servers. It's the same ban than the ones from 1.19+ multiplayer reports, but can't be appealed on the Case Review section.

I have confirmed it using the official Minecraft API by checking my attributes (wiki.vg/Mojang_API#Player_At…) and I have a Multiplier ban on my bannedScoped.

Issue is that the Case Review Form doesn't have the possibility to select Fraud as the Ban Reason and the Ban Duration of my ban is 11 years which is none of the possibility too.

You will still need to submit a ticket via the Case Review form and fill it out to the best of your ability. If any dropdowns don't match, you can clarify your case in the main body of the message. ^FF
