Understood. Would you be so kind as to try resetting your browser's cache or perhaps trying to register with another web browser or device? We also recommend restarting your device, in case you can register afterward. -AG

After looking at inspect element it seems the server is responding with 403 instead of 200 :)

Thank you for your patience. Receiving error 403 while attempting to register a public account is often associated with a connection issue that involves your ISP (Internet service provider). Please contact your ISP to see if they can help resolve the connection issue. -AG
