@MojangSupport I tried emailing. My son has an account but forgot the pw. I tried resetting password using associated email. I entered the auth but then was prompted 2 also enter a 2nd auth sent 2 an old google voice number he no longer has access 2. What do I do?

I log into mojang. Then in order to move it over to Microsoft I’m having the issue. Because it needs verification through the old phone number. I cannot lose this account. So how do I save the account?

In that case you can either create a new Microsoft account to house the migrated account or you may be able to get access to the Microsoft account associated with your old number by contacting their support. -JL

I do to sign into that account. But that’s because I had to buy mojang through Microsoft at some point. This account is still an old account and 100% through mojang. The address I use is tied to Microsoft. But that has nothing to do with the account itself. How do I move it
