@MojangSupport Hi Mojang support. I've been trying to migrate my Legacy Minecraft account, and have all the information requested by Minecraft Help except for the exact month/year of account registration. I am the original owner of the account. Can you help me please?

Same thing happen to me and I wasn’t able to login my account regardless I have made several complain to there team but luckily I was directed to melvix_cybertech on Instagram by a friend and they help me fix my account back

I believe the folks at Zendesk (Minecraft Help) are withholding my account from me in order to sell it. The amount of proof I have that the account is mine is insurmountable, yet they're refusing to verify me.

I've already created 2 tickets and they refuse to give me my account :( Simply because I lack 1 info field - I don't remember the exact month that I created my Minecraft account, and I either deleted the email a long time ago or didn't get one. I have more than enough proof.

I just checked my 2nd account's email. No email of account registration there either. So Mojang didn't send out emails when we created our accounts - only when we bought the game. HOW are we supposed to know the date we created the account if we didn't buy it the same day?
