@MojangSupport my minecraft launcher has been acting up for the past couple of months and idk what to do anymore, i've tried everything i could do plz help :(

I play on a DELL laptop and whenever I’ve tried opening the launcher it’s just been stuck on the loading screen and I’ve tried deleting, reinstalling, resetting, but now it’s gotten to the point where I can’t even reinstall the launcher
