The last time I attempted, I was able to create a new topic, but I was to reply to any topics. IE there was no option to reply to or text box where I could enter text.

Hmm. Can you try clearing your cache? If that doesn't work, we recommend trying again but with another web browser (Firefox, Chrome, or Edge, as examples). -AG
