HI there @MojangSupport I am a new player to minecraft. I bought a Minecraft gift card from a store and when i scrapped the code i think i scrapped it wrong the code letters dissapered ao when i went back to the store for refund they said to contact mojang support

We're unable to offer refunds for prepaid cards purchased at retail stores, but you may receive some compensation if you return them to the store along with the receipt. The full version of our refund policy can be viewed at msft.it/60169weSG. ^FF

hmmm i tried that but i wanna know i signed out a minecraft 35$ canadian gift card BUT on the recept it says Xbox 35 dollar card if you like i can send you the images of the recipt and the card on the DM if there is a way for you to recover the code cause the code got messed up
