UGH I can sign into my microsoft account but Minecraft REFUSES to load my realms on my phone @MojangSupport I have never had this problem before

That's definitely no good! Can you describe the issue that you're facing? Are you seeing any error messages, or does the screen just appear to load endlessly? Let us know what's going on and what troubleshooting steps you've tried, if any. ^FF

Does this issue happen when you're connected to WiFi at all, and is it only happening with Realms (i.e. are you able to connect to servers)? If possible, are you able to check if you can connect to Realms on another device? If so then the issue may be with your mobile data. ^FF

It was just saying "can't load realms". I'm beginning to think the issue was on my mobile data's end and not y'all. Because my data speeds got throttled so hard I couldn't load even this post until just now. Not the first time.
