I’m having the same issue, and it seems like many others are as well. It is extremely frustrating because the deadline to migrate is so close. Now I don’t know if I will be able to recover my account in time.

Still not working. Tried on 2 different devices. Can someone just send me an email and help me recover my account? Time is running out and support already has failed to help me in the past despite having access to the email I bought the game on and my tid

Thanks for letting us know. If you've submitted a ticket to Support in the past, can you send us the 7-digit ticket number? If not, can you provide your username(s) and/or Gamertag? I'd be happy to look into this further for you once I have this information. ^FF
