@MojangSupport hello. I'm unable to submit a report ticket. The form constantly returns an error after completing the captcha. I'm trying to retrieve my old java account and not getting any emails when requesting a pwd reset. can you help by creating a ticket?

Oh no! If you could, can you try clearing your cache and cookies to see if it helps? I'd also suggest trying another browser and/or device. ^BT
