@MojangSupport I can’t migrate my account due to no transaction ID or email, how ever I do have a lot of information to verify that I own the account. I’ve submitted a ticket. Is there a way you guys can help me privately. I’m kind of getting desperate now.

@MojangSupport Is there any alternatives to providing ownership? How is a screenshot of the transaction not enough?

You'll need to continue working on it with the agent in your ticket. For security reasons, we can't assist with account issues through Tweets. Just answer all of their questions to the best of your ability and they should be able to help! ^BT
