@MojangSupport I have been desperately trying to open a support ticket to recover my minecraft account but it will not let me solve the captcha. I have my transaction ID and everything, but I am entirely unable to create a ticket. This is super frustrating.

Huh, that's strange! Can you try another browser and/or device to see if that helps? I'd also suggest clear your cache and cookies. ^BT

I’ve tried both with no luck, I also attempted to have a friend submit the ticket on my behalf but they also were unable to complete the captcha. It says the answer was incorrect despite every character being accurate.
