@MojangSupport Could you guys help me out? I'm logging from my Microsoft account but for some reason it says I haven't purchased Minecraft, I bought it in 2019, so I don't know what the issue might be? Maybe I'm logging with the wrong account? Please help

Are you seeing demo mode in the launcher? If so, that generally means you're signing in with an account that doesn't own a copy of Minecraft. Try signing in with any other emails you may have used, and let us know if you're still running into any issues. ^FF

I redownloaded the launcher from the website instead of the Microsoft store and it worked, no idea why, but problem solved, thanks ^^
