Hi I’m having problems with realms when ever o try to transfer a world it says an error occurred any fix to this

i cant access my account, due to email being deleted 5years ago. and the transaction id is with that email. How can i change my information? @MojangSupport

hey @MojangSupport i need to transfer my minecraft files from my xbox series s to my computer but i cant find where they are. i use the xbox game pass ultimate and i dont have realm and i cant afford it
obs: im not going to play on my computer, i just want the files on my pc

Hey @MojangSupport, I put a ticket in because i could not access my old account prior to the migration. Support said my account was in violation of ToS but did not elaborate further and closed the ticket. Any chance I could get a second look at this issue?
