I'd suggest letting them know that. We have other ways of verification, so the e-mail, so it should be fine if you can answer everything else. ^BT

@MojangSupport can u please help, I have been waiting for a response on my ticket for months. I’m getting nervous because u guys said after September migration stops! My ticket is 5394800. It would be very frustrating if I can’t migrate because I can never get u guys to respond!
