@MojangSupport really? Links to multiple videos are an "unsupported file type"? So I need to take screenshots from them?

@MojangSupport I believe in 2023 in-game video recordings are very more accurate than a .jpg or a .png file.

That's strange! If you could, can you try clearing your cache and cookies and see if that would help? I'd also suggest using another browser/device if you haven't done so already. ^BT

@MojangSupport I tried in Google Chrome and the problem persists. Can't you just watch the videos from the links I added?
