Why can I not report a bug about Xbox edition???

I’ve tried using the website, it is absolutely useless. I can’t log in to make a report, and any time I try to get help from the robot or whatever, it is not at all helpful. What do I do

I can’t make an account either. This is what it says no matter if it’s my first attempt and the password is super complicated and the username is completely random letters.
