Thank you, the link works! I have already summited a ticket, but I am left with one question. Aren't I meant to received an automated acknowledgement email in response? As far as I can tell I put my message in a bottle and threw it into the ocean

Hmm, indeed, you should have received an automated email containing your ticket number. We recommend checking your junk, spam, and filters, just in case the message didn't come through. Alternatively, you can log in to our support site to view your ticket, as well. -AG

I've doublechecked, still no. I also cannot login to the support site because I'm not getting emails regarding verification or password reset. I have ways to show that things were bound to my email in the past, but anything recent seems not to work

Maddingly, It just isn't there, not in spam, not anywhere. Is it safe to assume that there is no way to simply resolve this over the phone or anything of the like? What's the next step in a case like this?
