i bought the bedrock&Java yesterday but the launcher wont let me play java. It keeps telling me to buy it, and when i try to, it says that i already own the item

I still do not have my vanilla cape after waiting around a year, I bought BOTH minecraft bedrock and java ,before june 6th, With the same Microsoft account too. Can you guys fix this?
