@MojangSupport I have a problem when downloading the realm world I get "ERROR" an error has occurred. I already cleaned the cache and uninstalled the game, I did it from another PC and from the mobile, none of it worked

This is known issue. If you haven't already, try completely closing Minecraft and reopening the game, log out/in from your Microsoft account, or try to download the world again. If you find that the download is finishing immediately, this means that it was unsuccessful. ^FF
