@MojangSupport Hey, I've been trying to make sure I've gone through the minecraft account migration, but I keep getting sent to an oops page. Even signing into my account doesn't seem to work. Is there a way you can help me privately recover my account/ensure migration?

Hmm, indeed, you should have received an automated email containing your ticket number. We recommend checking your junk, spam, and filters, just in case the message didn't come through. Alternatively, you can log in to our support site to view your ticket, as well. -AG
