@MojangSupport I have contacted through ticket, the ticket is always the same response even when I reply. It's like im talking to a bot, I don't have a microsoft account and they keep telling me to contact microsoft... I HAVE ISSUES WITH MOJANG ACCOUNT NO MICROSOFT!

I have an unmigrated account I believe which is what I’m trying to find out - but mojang support copy pasted the same messages and it’s impossible to get things sorted, the message has nothing to do with Microsoft yet they ask me to contact Microsoft.

My tickets just get closed, with no response... like I cant believe it, same response and then ticket closed? Why? I have been trying for a week and absolutely no help has come from you guys, sending tickets is useless.
