@MojangSupport I have contacted through ticket, the ticket is always the same response even when I reply. It's like im talking to a bot, I don't have a microsoft account and they keep telling me to contact microsoft... I HAVE ISSUES WITH MOJANG ACCOUNT NO MICROSOFT!

If you have an unmigrated Mojang account, we can continue assisting you. However, if your account has already been migrated to Microsoft, then you'll need to reach out to them for support: msft.it/60159zRZ3. ^FF

I have an unmigrated account I believe which is what I’m trying to find out - but mojang support copy pasted the same messages and it’s impossible to get things sorted, the message has nothing to do with Microsoft yet they ask me to contact Microsoft.
