@MojangSupport been getting issues on Minecraft ps5, and keep getting errors "Unable to connect to the world" "you need to authenticate your Microsoft servers" "Xbox AUTH expired, please join again" "you must be logged into XBL" support page is useless as just Minecraft gamers.

your tech team are just Minecraft gamers all their advice has been useless I need an actually employee to look at this as it seems to be an issue directly involving my account not some simple method to resolve
