@MojangSupport Hey I have a minecraft accoutnt aht you keep telling me to migrate, when I tried to before it wouldnt let me. I've been getting ther eminders again and I forgot the password, i requested a reset but im not receiving the reset email

This account is probably over 8 years old, theres no way I have the transaction ID anymore :/ I just dont understand how its sending me the reminders but wont send me the password reset.
