@MojangSupport my fiancé can't join my world on our internet it saying connection lost but I will let her join a realm and is also not popping up with Lan game and won't let join at all please reply

We are both playing on bedrock she plays on iPad and I play on xbox series x she even tried playing on my android phone itcwss the same problem
