@MojangSupport my son had his account hacked. We've cleared up security, but the hacker still is accessing it. It's tied to his MS account, how can we force a reset of all logins? Your automated response for support wasn't helpful.

I'd suggest reaching out to Microsoft Support about this since we don't have access to their account management system. Please reach out to Microsoft Support at msft.it/601398rMc on Twitter, or through their help site directly: msft.it/601498rMY ^BT

Turns out, a password change on MS kills the authentication tokens and locks them out. MFA a password change and it's sorted. You should update your help documentation. It would reduce the scambots trying to fool people into contacting other scammers.

Glad to hear that it's working now! If you run into any other issues, let us know and we'd be happy to help! ^BT

Thanks. But definitely update your help articles. Anytime someone mentions getting hacked, the scambots come out of the woodwork and try to sucker people into getting hacked worse.
