Is this only with servers, or are you seeing this with Realms and other multiplayer worlds too? Also, are you playing on Java or Bedrock?

Its multiplayer worlds mainly. and it's on Java. But we use mods however my friend could join HIS OWN SERVER, but now he can't. And i haven't been able to join the whole time. We just want to know what's happening
