I went through all of that yesterday and was answered by a minecraft expert. He then passed me over to minecraft support who emailed me at 5pm, I answered straight away and have heard nothing since. I need assistance please

I had another of your team contact me today and ask me for the same information I was asked for yesterday. I sent it again.....twice! Still not got any help though. I have a very upset child and I don't have any answers for her :(

I have sent it again at 10.30 this morning @MojangSupport and still nothing! I have been patient but this is ridiculous! I have done everything I have been asked to, several times and nobody is helping! So frustrating! I need a contact number please?
